Below is a list of some of our other donor grant programmes.
Please note that these programmes do not invite direct applications but, instead, select projects from the wide range of applications received by the Foundation each year or fund donors’ particular philanthropic interests.

Locko Fund for Children and Young People
The Locko Fund aims to support groups working directly with children and young people in Erewash & Spondon
The Fat Dads Fund
Established by Mike Gerard Pearse and Philip Horsnall, with the money raised from their Fat Dads, Lands End to John O’Groats Bike Ride.
The Hazel & Ken Greig Fund
The Fund supports local community groups that are undertaking craft based projects in rural areas, bringing local residents together to develop skills and build friendships.
Thorntons Derbyshire Fund
This Fund uses the Foundation to seek out projects that 'bring communities together' and 'put a smile on people's faces'.
The Hall Family Fund
This family fund, set up by Michael and Annie Hall, provides grant funding to community groups working in rural areas or groups addressing rural issues
The Old Vicarage School Fund
The pupils, staff and PTA of the Old Vicarage School have established a fund with Foundation Derbyshire, to make small grants to local community groups.
Yorkshire Water Old Whittington Community Fund
Yorkshire Water owns a single wind turbine to help power Old Whittington Waste Water Treatment Works, which treats and processes sewage from around 100,000 customers in Chesterfield.
1% Matters Derbyshire Fund
In 2015 a successful business man from Nottingham decided to start a fund with 1% of his profits to support local charities in Nottingham.
