Board of Trustees Skills Audit
This Skills Audit is being conducted, to:-
- facilitate the Foundation making full use of the Board’s experience, professional skills and contacts and;
- assist in the selection of new Trustees that will fill “skills gaps” and enable the development of a diverse and balanced Board in terms of professional and social provenance.
We would be grateful if you would complete the audit by considering each of the categories below and evaluating your knowledge/experience/expertise for each, using the following scoring system:
0 = No knowledge or experience
1 = Some experience or knowledge
2 = Significant experience or knowledge
3 = Qualification in this area
Individual results will be collated and a list distributed to the Board and appropriate Foundation staff.
