Rachael has been Chief Executive since 2005 and is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic development of Foundation Derbyshire.
Born and raised in Derbyshire, she graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BA Hons in English Literature. Her early career was in London, where she worked as an Investment Banker for ten years, before returning to Derbyshire to join the Foundation.
Rachael also serves as a governor for a local primary school.
